About Sarah
Sarah is a dedicated coach whose specialty is guiding people towards personal growth and fulfillment. She leverages the powerful lessons learned from her role models to inspire clients to cultivate a positive mindset and embrace living in the present moment. Driven by a passion to uplift others, Sarah’s ultimate goal is to inspire her clients to dream big and bring joy and adventure into their lives.
Sarah has experienced her share of transformative experiences. There was a time during and after her marriage when she didn’t know who she was. With a negative mindset, she spent her time either living in the past, thinking about the future or worrying about whether her daughter was closer to her ex-husband. Recognizing the mental health impact this was having and the harm to the relationship with her daughter, she embarked on a journey that proves that change is possible.
Through personalized, holistic coaching, she equips her clients with the tools they need to harness the power of their minds and create the lives they envision. With her guidance, you will unlock your potential and embark on a journey towards a more joyful, adventurous, and fulfilling life… even with kids under your roof!
Prior to coaching, Sarah spent over 20 years working with not-for-profit organizations, providing education services to their members and coaching her teams.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process designed to help individuals unlock their potential. A coach works with clients to identify their goals, develop strategic action plans, and overcome obstacles, providing support and accountability throughout the journey. A good coach employs active listening and asks effective questions to facilitate self discovery and problem solving.
How does the coaching process work?
We will have a preliminary session to get to know each other and then you can decide if you’d like us to work together. Once you’ve decided to move ahead, a custom program will be designed for you. We will meet regularly to discuss what’s happening for you, review progress, address challenges and adjust the plan as needed. We will also celebrate the wins along the way!
Are the sessions virtual or in-person?
All of the coaching sessions are virtual, using Zoom.
How often should I have coaching sessions?
For optimal results, we recommend beginning with six, weekly sessions. We can stretch sessions to every two weeks if necessary. Please note this is different from the one-off consulting sessions.
What are the payment terms?
Each session must be prepaid before the start of each session. If you prefer to pay for all six sessions in one lump sum let your coach know.
What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. To cancel, send an email to info@indianaripley.com. You can reschedule your session at the same email address. Please note, we will do our best to fit you in during the same week but it may not always be possible.
How can I book a session?
Click on the ‘Work with us’ button in the top right corner. Complete the prompts and someone will be in touch.

How can I prepare for a coaching session?
Think about what you want to achieve (short-term and/or long-term goals); Start a list of topics you want to discuss; Think about your progress between sessions; Come with an open mind and be prepared to share honestly; Jot down insights during the session; Prepare questions in advance; Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes.
What is your pricing structure?
It costs $125 plus GST per session.
What method of payment is accepted?
We accept eTransfers (EFT) through your online banking or your mobile bank app. Please use the info@indianaripley.com email address.
How much is the no-show fee?
There is a $25 no-show fee for missing a session without providing notice.
Can I be Reimbursed?
If you pre-paid for a session and canceled with over 24 hours notice, the payment will be carried over to your next session. If you pre-paid for multiple sessions and no longer require coaching services, you will be reimbursed for the unused portions.
