Sarah has experienced her share of transformative experiences. There was a time during and after her marriage when she didn’t know who she was. With a negative mindset, she spent her time either living in the past, thinking about the future or worrying about whether her daughter was closer to her ex-husband. Recognizing the mental health impact this was having and the harm to the relationship with her daughter, she embarked on a journey that proves that change is possible.

Through personalized, holistic coaching, she equips her clients with the tools they need to harness the power of their minds and create the lives they envision. With her guidance, you will unlock your potential and embark on a journey towards a more joyful, adventurous, and fulfilling life… even with kids under your roof!

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process designed to help individuals unlock their potential. A coach works with clients to identify their goals, develop action plans, and overcome obstacles, providing support and accountability throughout the journey. A good coach employs active listening and asks effective questions to facilitate self discovery and problem solving. 

How does the coaching process work?

We will have a preliminary session to get to know each other and then you can decide if you’d like us to work together. Once you’ve decided to move ahead, you will receive a detailed agreement. We will meet regularly to discuss what’s happening for you, review progress, address challenges and adjust the plan as needed. We will also celebrate the wins along the way!

Are the sessions virtual or in-person?

All of the coaching sessions are virtual, using Zoom.

How often should I have coaching sessions?

For optimal results, six weekly sessions is recommended. We can stretch sessions to every two weeks if necessary.

What are the payment terms?

Each session must be prepaid before the start of each session. If you prefer to pay for all six sessions in one lump sum let your coach know.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. To cancel, send an email to info@indianaripley.com. You can reschedule your session at the same email address. If you prepaid for the session, the payment will be carried over to your next session.

If you cancel or need to reschedule but provide less than 24 hours notice, it may be subject to a $25 fee, at the discretion of the coach.

How will I benefit?

You will: Gain a clear understanding of your goals and the steps needed to achieve them; Develop new skills, behaviors, and habits that lead to personal growth; Stay motivated and committed with regular support; Improve productivity and efficiency in various areas of your life; Receive guidance and strategies to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

How do I book a session?

If you haven’t already, book your complimentary 30 minute Discovery Call (scroll up). Once we have an agreement in place, you will be emailed a special calendar link to schedule our sessions.

How do I prepare for a session?

Think about what you want to achieve (short-term and/or long-term goals); Start a list of topics you want to discuss; Think about your progress between sessions; Come with an open mind and be prepared to share honestly; Jot down insights during the session; Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted.

How long are the coaching sessions?

This depends on when the ‘aha!’ moment comes. Set aside one hour for the session as a maximum.

What is the price?

It costs $125 plus GST per session.

What method of payment is accepted?

We accept eTransfers (EFT) through your online banking or your mobile bank app. Please use the info@indianaripley.com email address. 

How much is the no-show fee?

There is a $50 no-show fee for missing a session without providing notice.

Can I be Reimbursed?

If you pre-paid for a session and canceled with over 24 hours notice, the payment will be carried over to your next session. If you pre-paid for multiple sessions and no longer require coaching services, you will be reimbursed for the unused portions.
